Easy to assemble

You really don’t realize how much you’re getting until it’s all laid out in front of you. The price on this set is perfect. I have seen so many sets that ask for this amount and offer so little comparatively. It’s modular, it’s easy to build, it’s almost perfect. There needs to be instructions somewhere, either in the set or online with purchase. I’m a marine, I do pictures lol. The kit is easy to build off of looks alone, but there is one small piece (but many of them that are used to hold the roofs of the buildings in place) that unless you’ve built kits before you’d have no idea what to do with them. Other than that the service is very good and delivery is quick!

Great product. Great quality. 4 of 5 in that like the Shanty Town Set, ESS needs to request that manufacturers include installation instructions. Having to modify mine in that after glue had already dried that I messed up.
